Bunn Golf Course is an 18-hole regulation course located in Springfield, Illinois, designed by Roger B. Packard and opened in 1912. The course features tree-lined fairways with narrow corridors and challenging hole layouts. Water hazards come into play on several holes throughout the course, adding to its difficulty. The 18th green is noted as one of the most challenging greens in the area. The course offers three sets of tees, all with a par of 72. The Blue tees play at 6,297 yards with a course rating of 70.0 and slope of 120. The White tees measure 6,094 yards (rating 69.0, slope 118), while the Red tees play 5,232 yards (rating 69.6, slope 116). The course record stands at 62, set by Rick Ciotti. Amenities include a retail pro shop, practice green, snack bar, rental clubs, pull carts, and electric golf carts. Handicap carts are available with 24-hour notice. The facility supports various league play opportunities throughout the season, offering affordable recreational golf within the Springfield Park District's portfolio of four courses.
