The Ed Kane Memorial is a 4-person team tournament held at Bunn Golf Course in Springfield, IL. The format counts 1 gross score and 1 net score per hole. Payouts for professionals are in cash; payouts for amateurs are in the form of SPD Golf Course credit usable at any SPD course (excluding tournament and league fees). The 18th green is noted as one of the most challenging greens in the area. The course offers three sets of tees, all with a par of 72. The Blue tees play at 6,297 yards with a course rating of 70.0 and slope of 120. The White tees measure 6,094 yards (rating 69.0, slope 118), while the Red tees play 5,232 yards (rating 69.6, slope 116). The course record stands at 62, set by Rick Ciotti.
