Ormskirk Golf Club, founded in 1899, is a par-70, 6,533-yard course set within 125 acres of mature, picturesque grounds near Ormskirk in Lancashire, seven miles from the Southport coast. Originally a heathland course, it has evolved into a tree-lined hybrid layout while retaining pockets of heather and gorse characteristic of its heritage. The course is situated on easy-walking terrain formerly part of the Old Deer Park of Lathom House, offering a peaceful setting close to the historic market town. The course presents a balanced challenge suitable for various skill levels, characterized by mature trees and undulating fairways.
