Yarra Bend Golf holds open individual competitions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7am (or 7.30am depending on the section), with the last tee off at 2pm. The event is open to anyone who holds an Official Golf Australia Handicap. Entry fee is $5 AUD for the competition plus the daily green fee. Players book their tee time through the public booking system and let the Pro Shop know they are playing in the competition.

Yarra Bend Golf Course, established in 1936, is an 18-hole public golf course located in Fairfield, Victoria, on Melbourne's doorstep. The original course design was influenced by Vern Morcom, who worked closely with renowned architect Alistair Mackenzie. The course has been recently restored by expert design team Ogilvy Clayton Cocking Mead, with strategic plans for future upgrades. The course is complemented by a driving range with undercover bays and two 18-hole mini golf courses.
