Outlane Golf Club

West Yorkshire, England

Outlane Golf Club is an 18-hole moorland course located in a picturesque valley 3 miles from Huddersfield, easily accessible from junction 23 of the M62. Perched on the side of the Pennines, the course is over 100 years old and offers magnificent views across the landscape. The layout features 18 distinctly different holes, with Longwood Brook's ravine presenting a notable challenge. To accommodate varying abilities, the club recently introduced a blue course option for those seeking an easier alternative to the main layout. Recent course improvements include new fairway bunkers and revised out-of-bounds markers. The club has also enhanced its practice facilities with a new practice ground, pitching area, and practice nets. The moorland setting and terrain combine to create varied playing conditions, making it a welcoming venue for members and visitors seeking both challenge and accessibility.
