Fujinomiya Golf Club is a 18-hole, par-72 championship course located in Fujinomiya, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. The 6,729-yard layout is set on a hilly terrain spanning 150,000 tsubo and features two distinct sets of tees and greens, allowing for varying yardage and difficulty levels. The course was supervised by renowned golf architect Toshiichi Nakamura. The front nine presents a mix of long par fives and technical par fours, with the 1st hole serving as a demanding 550-yard opener from the back tees. The 2nd hole is a straightforward 466-yard par 4, while the 3rd and 6th holes offer shorter, precision-oriented par 3s measuring 174 and 216 yards respectively. The 4th hole provides a lengthy 516-yard par 5, and the 5th hole is a 387-yard par 4. The front nine concludes with three consecutive par 4s: the 7th (341 yards), the 8th (380 yards), and the 9th (365 yards). The back nine begins with the 10th, a 351-yard par 4, followed by the 11th, a 443-yard par 4 that serves as a significant scoring opportunity. The 12th hole is a 402-yard par 4, leading into the 13th, a 516-yard par 5. The 14th and 16th holes are par 3s measuring 195 and 154 yards respectively, providing a test of approach play. The 15th is a 494-yard par 5, while the 17th is a 411-yard par 4. The course finishes with the 18th hole, a 368-yard par 4. The course features two sets of greens, with the Advanced Greens (A.G) and Basic Greens (B.G) offering different yardages and challenges.
