New Rice Festival

A public competition (open competition) at Chonan Public Course in Chiba Prefecture. Minimum 16 players required to establish the competition. The competition method is the New Peria system with same net by age order. Prize giving takes place after hole-out following the first round. For fewer than 40 participants, prizes are awarded to 1st through 5th place, plus driving prize, ladies' prize, and participation prize. For 40 or more participants, prizes extend to 1st through 10th place, with the same additional prizes. The entry fee includes green fee, self-play, remote control cart usage, allowance for 4 golf bags, lunch, and all taxes. The course is open to visitors and non-members; visitors are welcome to enter this competition. Dress code requires collared golf shirts, no jeans or sweatpants, and appropriate golf shoes.
