The total yardage from the regular tees is 6,614 yards, with a par of 72. The front nine measures 3,106 yards, while the back nine extends to 3,148 yards. The course features Bentgrass greens, specifically Penncross, and offers five tee positions to accommodate varying skill levels. The course is characterized by a mix of short middles and long holes, requiring precise shot selection. The front nine includes two signature par-3s that demand tee shots over valleys. The third hole is a 175-yard challenge with a long, two-tiered green, while the thirteenth hole stretches to 173 yards and features a grass bunker guarding the front of the putting surface. These holes are designated as "Near Pin Recommended," highlighting the precision required to score well. The back nine presents significant length, anchored by two demanding par-5s. The fifth hole is a 470-yard uphill finish where the second shot must navigate toward a two-tiered green protected by a front bunker. The tenth hole is a 511-yard downhill par-5 that requires careful management of the fairway's subtle slopes to avoid difficult recovery shots. The fifteenth hole, at 544 yards, is another long par-5 where players must avoid bunkers on the approach to a two-tiered green. Facilities at the course include eco-friendly battery carts equipped with GPS navigation to display distances to the cup.
