Albon Grand Prix

The Grand Prix d'Albon is a 36-hole individual strokeplay amateur competition held at Domaine du Golf d'Albon on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026. The event is open to amateur golfers holding a valid FFGolf licence (or equivalent foreign federation licence) with an active medical certificate. Women must have an index of 14.4 or lower; men must have an index of 11.4 or lower. There are separate series for ladies (starting from the blue tees, marker IV) and gentlemen (starting from the white tees, marker II). Entry is by post/mail with the entry fee. The entry fee is €90 for players aged 25 and over (non-subscribers), €65 for ages 19-24, and €50 for under 19. Reduced rates apply for golf course subscribers (€50, €40, and €30 respectively). The maximum field size is 108 players, with a minimum of 30 ladies required and up to 11 wildcards allowed. Entries close on Friday 4 September 2026 (date of receipt). The top three finishers in each series receive prizes, with a prize-giving ceremony and cocktail held 30 minutes after the last players return. In the event of a tie for first place, a hole-by-hole playoff is used. Players with foreign licences must submit an attestation of active licence and a negative health questionnaire. The competition is subject to anti-doping controls.
