The Bickerton Bowl is a 36-hole scratch strokeplay competition held at Minehead & West Somerset Golf Club on Saturday 8th August 2026. The event is open to men from UK golf clubs who hold a WHS handicap, with a playing handicap limit of 18. Handicap allowance is 95%. Players must have completed 3 competition rounds in the last 12 months to be eligible to win a prize. Entry fee is £60.00 for visitors (payable on entry) and £20.00 for members. Online signup is available and closes at 5:00 pm on 6th August 2026. The competition is played from the White tee. Entries will be balloted based on exact handicap index at the time of the draw. This is a counting event for the Somerset Sumara Salver Order of Merit. A 2's competition is also running on the day for £10 per player. Food will be available before and after the round.
