The 1 Person Self-Play Competition (1人予約コンペ) is an individual strokeplay event held at Kazusa Fuji Golf Club. This is a one-round self-play (through-play) event open to both members and visiting golfers. The competition uses Paria scoring (double par cut) with no handicap limit. Entry is available by phone (TEL: 0439-29-2713) or on arrival at the front desk. The entry fee for visitors is 9,200 yen (including a 1,100 yen entry fee); members pay 8,180 yen. Prizes include locally produced Koshihikari rice (3kg) for winners, and all participants receive a prize of 20 Okitsu eggs. The event runs for one round with through-play scoring. A minimum of 3 groups (10 players) is required for the competition to proceed; if this minimum is not met on the day, participants will be offered a single round of play at the standard rate. Dates include April 28 and May 27 (among others in the year).
