Winnebago County Sr. Amateur

The Men's Winnebago County Senior Amateur is open to male amateur golfers aged 50 and older. The event consists of 36 holes of individual stroke play (medal play), with flights determined after 18 holes of play. Awards are given for first, second, and third places in each age group (50-55, 56-62, 63-69, 70+), with an overall champion declared. The tournament is held at Macktown Golf Course on Thursday, September 10 and Friday, September 11, 2026. Entry includes 36 holes of golf, use of the driving range prior to each round, a box-style lunch during each round, and a commemorative tournament tee gift. Registration opens August 1, 2026, and must be completed by Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Fees are $35.00 for Forest Preserves of Winnebago County Pass Holders and $65.00 for Non-Pass Holders. Competitors must meet USGA amateur status.
