The New World Rototuna Sunday Series is a monthly individual stableford competition held at Hamilton Golf Club on Sundays. Open to members and visitors with an official Golf NZ handicap. Entry is by email to Sunday Series Entry (shankgolf@outlook.co.nz) or in person at the Pro Shop, booking one month in advance. The series runs on Sundays with shotgun starts (times vary, typically 11:00 am or 12:00 noon). Prizes are awarded monthly for Gross, Net, and Stableford categories, including gourmet meat packs and shopping vouchers from New World Rototuna. Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive contests are also held. Monthly winners of Gross, Net, and Stableford qualify for the Grand Final Hole in One Shootout on Sunday 15th November 2026, with a total prize value of $100,000. The event is open to amateur players only; PGA professionals are excluded from the Grand Final. Food and beverage are available via The River Kitchen Café and the club bar.
