Every Sunday at 10:00 am, Castle Highlands Golf Course hosts an open 9-hole Texas Scramble. The event is open to men and women, members and non-members. Teams are formed from entrants on the day, consisting of 3 to 5 players, with attempts made to create evenly balanced teams. The entry fee is $10 (plus green fees for non-members). All entry fees are paid out as prizes: 50% to the winning team and the other 50% divided among teams with skins (lowest untied score on any hole). Participants are encouraged to call 218-586-2681 prior to the start time to reserve a spot and provide their handicap or expected score.
