Teams of four players compete in a scramble format for cash prizes awarded to 1st, 4th, 8th, 12th, and 16th place finishers. The entry fee is $380 per team, which includes 27 holes of golf with a golf cart and dinner at the club's famous steak cookout. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a team's place. The event is rain or shine. Tee assignments are based on age and gender: males age 54 and younger play from the blue tees, males age 55-64 from the white tees, and ladies and seniors age 65 and older from the gold tees. Registration is completed online via the club's website by submitting team captain information and payment details.
