Marshall Country Club hosts a couples (man and woman) Chapman Tournament sponsored by the Ladies Golf Association on Sunday, September 13, 2026, with a shotgun start at 1:00 PM. The Chapman format (also known as Pinehurst) requires both players to tee off, then hit each other's tee shot, followed by alternating shots through each hole. Handicaps are applied and all prizes are paid on handicap scores. Both players must hold a GHIN handicap. The event may be flighted depending on the number of entries. Entry fee is $80 for non-members entering as a non-member pair, $42 for a member with a guest, and $20 for two members. Entries must be submitted by September 6, 2026, to Sue Hutchings (email: suehutchings65@gmail.com, phone: 269-580-6780) with payment via cash, check, or Venmo. The tournament is open to all golfers; Marshall Country Club membership is not required to participate.
