The Coast Golf Club runs weekly open competitions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, open to affiliated handicap holders including visitors and non-members. The Wednesday competition runs from 7am to 11am. Entry fees for visitors range from $70 to $80, while members pay $20. Juniors pay between $14 and $25. To book a spot, participants must call the Pro Shop on (02) 9311 7422. Visitors must have an affiliated handicap from a recognized golf union or club to be eligible. A visitor policy applies: visitors must have played a minimum of 5 out of their past 20 competition games at the club where their golf link number is registered to be eligible to win any competition prize. Virtual or lifestyle golf club members (e.g., those with memberships from certain non-affiliated clubs or online handicap providers) are subject to a $90 competition fee. The course is a par 70 links course situated along the Southern Sydney coastline, open to all skill levels. Note: This is a recurring weekly competition; the date 2026-09-16 represents one occurrence (Wednesday) of the weekly Wednesday open competition.
