The Moruya Golf Club Women's Open is a two-day competition for female amateur golfers open to all members of recognized golf clubs affiliated with a state or overseas association who hold a current verifiable AGU handicap. The event takes place on 14-15 November 2026 at Moruya Golf Course. Day 1 (Saturday 14 November) is a 4BBB Stableford starting at 8:30am. Day 2 (Sunday 15 November) is an 18-hole individual strokeplay with a shotgun start at 8:30am. The entry fee is $30 per day or $60 for both days for non-members ($20 per day or $40 for both days for members). Entries must be accompanied by full payment and are accepted via email to events@moruyagolfclub.com.au or in person at club reception. Entries close at 5:00pm on Wednesday 4 November 2026 or once the field is full. Players must be ready 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. Divisions are based on handicap: 4BBB divisions are based on the lowest handicap in the pair (Div 1: 0-23.3 GA, Div 2: 23.4-54 GA); singles divisions are Div 1: 0-18.5 GA, Div 2: 18.6-29.0 GA, Div 3: 29.1-54 GA. Prizes include division winners, runners-up, overall champion, gross and net winners in each division, NTP, L.D., veteran's trophy, visitor's trophy, and a Challenge Salver teams event. Ties in the net competitions are decided by count back; overall gross ties are decided by sudden-death playoff over holes 1, 17, and 18. The Royal and Ancient Golf Club St Andrews rules and local rules apply. Motorised carts are permitted subject to course conditions. Contact: Sharon Knight (sknighttlac@hotmail.com) or 02 4474 2300.
