22nd Junior Golf Kanucha Cup

The 22nd Junior Golf Kanucha Cup is a junior golf tournament held at Kanucha Golf Course in Nago, Okinawa, on August 29-30, 2026. The event aims to develop junior golfers and promote the sport, providing young players an opportunity to showcase their skills and improve their techniques through competition. The tournament features five age/gender categories: high school boys, middle and high school girls, middle school boys, upper elementary (grades 5-6, both genders), and lower elementary (grades 1-4, both genders). Middle school boys, high school boys, and middle/high school girls compete over two days (36 holes strokeplay on August 29-30). Upper elementary players compete on August 30 only (18 holes strokeplay), and lower elementary players compete on August 30 only (9 holes strokeplay). Entry fee is ¥2,500 (¥1,000 for lower elementary), plus green fees of ¥6,500 for 18 holes or ¥3,500 for 9 holes. Registration is by email to kanucha.jr@gmail.com, with a deadline of August 7, 2026, or earlier if the field reaches capacity. Carts are permitted. Practice rounds are available August 3-27 (excluding the day before the competition). The event is organized by Kanucha Bay Resort/Kanucha Golf Course/Kanucha Golf Club, with support from Nago City, the Okinawa Prefecture Golf Association, and various media partners.
