The 9th Méribel Golf Pro-Am Practice Round (Reconnaissance) takes place on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at the Golf Club de Méribel. This reconnaissance round is the opening day of the larger 9th Méribel Golf Pro-Am event, running from August 19-23, 2026, organized by Méribel Tourisme, the Golf Club de Méribel, and Parcours 18 Event. The event accommodates up to 30 teams, each consisting of one professional golfer and three amateur players. The practice round includes a course walk-through, welcome reception at the Golf Club de Méribel, and an opening cocktail at 7 PM at the Abreuvoir restaurant. The full Pro-Am competition spans 72 holes in Stableford format over four days (August 20-23), with individual professional scoring and team scoring based on the two best amateur scores (net and gross) per hole. Amateur entry is €1,440 (€1,240 for Golf de Méribel members), which includes five green-fees, four breakfasts, four lunches, course snacks, the opening cocktail, prize-giving ceremony, and closing dinner cocktail. Handicap requirement: ¾ of the player's index, capped at 24.4. Registration deadline was April 15, 2026. The event is now full.
