Planetgolf is a 9-hole individual strokeplay competition held at Golfclub Habichtswald e.V. on Wednesdays throughout the season, including 16 September 2026. The event is open to all golfers with a handicap between 0 and 53. Tee-off is at approximately 16:30. Registration can be made via golf.de or by entering one's name on the notice board in the clubhouse. Scores are recorded as strokeplay (Zählspiel) in accordance with the German Golf Association rules. The maximum handicap for entry is 53.

Originally established as a corporate golf club and known as Velper Golf Club, the course has operated its current layout since 2002.
