The BK Invitational is an annual fundraising golf tournament held at The Country Club at Woodloch Springs in Hawley, PA. The 2026 event takes place on October 4th and 5th. It is a two-day event with two groups playing on separate days (Sunday and Monday). The event includes golf, live entertainment, awards, food, and drink. A cocktail party, dinner, and awards ceremony for all participants and sponsors is held on Monday evening at the Inn at Woodloch. The tournament benefits cancer research and support organizations including the Penn State Cancer Institute, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Livestrong, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Susan G. The par-72 course stretches 6,579 yards and is recognized nationally by Golf Digest as one of their "Best Places to Play" with a consistent 4.5-star rating for 31 years. It has also been featured in GOLF Magazine as "one of the finest courses in America." The course is characterized by its dramatic terrain carved from the rugged Pocono mountainside. The signature 14th hole is a standout feature, requiring a challenging 220-yard carry over "Hells Gate Gorge," a deep ravine cut by rushing water approximately 200 feet below. This hole offers four sets of tees and alternating pin placements to accommodate golfers of varying skill levels. Set within the Woodloch Pines Resort, the semi-private course is part of a hospitality tradition spanning over 65 years. The facility includes a 16-acre practice area and a state-of-the-art indoor performance simulator. The course regularly hosts tournaments, pro-ams, corporate outings, and charity events throughout the season.
