Golf Club Schloss Klingenburg is an 18-hole championship course located in the scenic Mindel valley near Jettingen-Scheppach in Swabia, Bavaria, between Augsburg and Ulm. The course ranks 13th among Germany's top golf courses according to online rankings and is recognized as one of the most beautiful golf facilities in the country. The layout features mature tree stands and extensive water hazards throughout, creating a harmonious balance between natural aesthetics and playing challenge. The signature hole is the spectacular par hole 13, known as the "Two Lakes Hole" (Zwei-Seen-Loch), which sits prominently within what the club refers to as the "Bermuda Triangle" section of the course. This water-dominated area requires both precision and nerve. The course presents a moderate to challenging difficulty, combining visual appeal with demanding shot-making. The verdant 18-hole parkland setting offers a serene yet engaging experience. The terrain utilizes the natural topography of the high valley effectively. Additional facilities include a practice range, driving range, short game area, and putting green. The club offers instruction through its golf school and hosts various competitive events and tournaments throughout the season.
