The Martinigansl Closing Tournament is a 2-player Texas Scramble over 18 holes at Golfclub Ausseerland on Sunday 25 October 2026, with a gun start at 10:00. It is a strokeplay (Zählspiel) competition that is not handicap-relevant, with a maximum handicap limit of 54. Holes 1-9 are played from the yellow tees and holes 10-18 from the red tees. The event is open to guests (visitors) as well as members, with a limited field of up to 40 teams; entries are preferred in 2-player teams and single entries are paired by the competition committee on a first-come, first-served basis. Online entry is open from 29 March 2026 at 12:00 until 20 October 2026 at 13:00. The entry fee is EUR 45, which includes a halfway and a three-course Gansl (goose) menu at Franz Wein & Genuss; guests pay an additional reduced green fee of EUR 35. Prize-giving takes place after the meal. The competition is run by Peter Mandl and Markus Wach.
