The course operates seasonally from March through October, dawn until dusk. Under the management of Stephen Johanson and Donna Yancey, the facility has undergone significant improvements to both the course and clubhouse infrastructure. Vic Meyers hosts several tournaments throughout the season, including the Spring Tournament, Father's Day Tournament, Bob Nutt Memorial Golf Tournament, and Senior Tournament.
