The Somabay World Cup is an individual stableford competition held at Golf Bluegreen Pau-Artiguelouve on Saturday 25 July 2026, with a 09:00 start on the main course using staggered tees. The event is part of a qualification series leading to a national final and an international final in Somabay, Egypt. The competition is mixed and divided into four handicap categories: 1st series (handicap index under 15), 2nd series (15 to 23.9), 3rd series (24 to 35.9), and 4th series (36 to 54). Entry fee is 10€ per person for green fees. Non-members should check with the golf for the full green fee tariff. Registration is open from 31 March to 24 July 2026. A valid golf license/handicap is required to enter.

Golf Bluegreen Pau-Artiguelouve is an 18-hole championship course located in Artiguelouve, approximately 10 minutes from Pau's city center and one hour from both Pyrenean ski slopes and Atlantic beaches. Designed by Jean Garaïalde, the course features natural landscaping with distinctive views of the Pyrenees mountain chain as a backdrop. The layout is characterized by technical design elements including numerous water hazards and palm trees integrated throughout, presenting challenges suitable for both beginner and experienced players. The course demands precision and strategic shot-making across varying terrain. The facility offers comprehensive golfing amenities including an 18-position covered and illuminated practice range equipped with Toptracer technology, a synthetic training area, and a compact 6-hole Pitch & Putt course. Additional features include a minigolf facility, panoramic restaurant, seminar facilities, and event hosting capabilities for tournaments and corporate functions. The course is part of the Bluegreen golf network.
