The 18-hole Shepherd Hills course features 6,343 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course features large undulating greens and provides a challenge for golfers of all ages. Located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, it is only minutes from I-78. The course was designed to play through a residential community, with many fairways lined by houses and out-of-bounds stakes lining all the holes, so shot accuracy is at a premium. The course has a slope rating of 119. Open since March of 1963, Shepherd Hills operates as a public daily-fee course. Some of the fairways are tree lined, and all of them are bordered by a standard cut of rough. The course accommodates golfers of varying skill levels and is available for tournaments, outings, and casual play. Amenities include dining facilities and outdoor entertainment areas on the property.
