Senior Ladies/Gents Greensome

A senior Greensome format competition for golfers aged 50 and over, held at Kristiansand Golfklubb on 10 September 2026. The event is open to both ladies and gents. Players may enter as a pre-formed pair or as an individual, with solo entrants being paired together by the tournament director. The Greensome format involves both players teeing off on each hole, selecting the better drive, and then alternating shots with their chosen ball until the hole is completed. Handicap allowances are applied according to Norges Golfforbund recommendations: the player with the lower handicap receives 60% allowance, and the player with the higher handicap receives 40% allowance; the team's combined handicap is the sum of both adjusted handicaps. The maximum eligible handicap is 54.0 (range +8.0 to 54.0). The entry fee is 100 NOK per player (200 NOK per pair). Entry is via Golfbox online, with the entry window opening on 2 September 2026 at 14:00 and closing on 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Tee-off is at 10:00 from Tee 42, playing holes 1-9. The round is not handicap-counting but will count towards the Orders of Merit. Prizes are awarded for the team Birdie, with individual prizes for nearest-the-pin.
