The Central Fruit & Vegetable Cup (Chuo Seika-hai) is an open competition held at Fuji Oyama Golf Club on Friday, September 25, 2026. The event uses the New Peria method, a half-competition format covering the front 9 holes only. Scores are confirmed each hole and entered via cart navigation. The competition awards prizes to 1st through 10th place, with a top prize (5th place top, or 10th place top for beer cup events), a Better Ball award, and a BM award. Participation prizes are also given. Individual players are welcome to enter. Reservations open 3 months in advance on the same date. Green fees including competition entry are ¥19,700 with caddy or ¥15,900 self-play, both tax included. The event currently has available spaces.

Fuji Oyama Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 hillside course located on the eastern foothills of Mount Fuji in Shizuoka Prefecture, offering views of the mountain from every hole. Opened in April 1962 and designed by Shiro Nakamura, the course spans 792,000 square meters with a layout that maximizes natural terrain. The design features no blind holes, with fairways separated by natural pine forests and other vegetation, providing ample space for tee shots. While relatively flat, the course demands strategic play and full use of a 14-club arsenal, with numerous holes presenting considerable length. The course is characterized by diverse flora that showcases Japan's four seasons. Back tee yardages range from approximately 6,990 to 7,015 yards. Conveniently accessible from the Gotemba interchange of the Tomei Expressway and the Odakyu Shinjuku line, the course welcomes both public play and members.
