The GDG Challenge Executive is a series of 9-hole stableford competitions held at Le Rovedine Golf Club Milano on the Executive course. The event on 9 October 2026 is one of the individual rounds in the series. The competition is open to all players, both members and non-members, with two categories: handicap and non-handicap. Players compete individually in a 9-hole stableford format, with tee times available between 14:00 and 16:30. The overall GDG Challenge features a cumulative ranking based on stableford points from each individual round. To qualify for the final classification, each player must compete in a minimum of 8 rounds, earning a bonus of 20 points upon reaching this threshold. Prizes are awarded at the end of the Challenge to the 1st and 2nd place finishers in each of the two categories. Entry is via the club's online booking system.

Le Rovedine Golf Club Milano is situated on a sprawling 650,000-square-meter park just 8 km from Milan's center. The club features an 18-hole championship course with a par of 72 and length of 6,259 meters, which has hosted prestigious international tournaments including the 52nd Open d'Italia and 22nd Ladies Italian Open. Additionally, there is a 9-hole executive course (par 27, 836 meters) and a practice range with 100 stations, including 60 covered and illuminated positions—Italy's largest golf learning center, staffed by 10 professional PGAI instructors. The championship course presents engaging challenges for all skill levels. The setting is notable for its natural environment, encompassing 70 tree species, 2,500 trees, and 29,500 square meters of lakes, supporting 40 bird species. The facility uniquely integrates contemporary art through the SWING ART project, a permanent outdoor art exhibition established in 2009. The club offers a Golf Academy with advanced analysis software, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced players seeking to develop their skills.
