The Steinfeld Cup is a 9-hole Stableford tournament series held every Thursday at Grazer Golfclub Thalersee on the Steinfeld course (Golfweg 1, A-8051 Graz). The September 17, 2026 event is part of the 2026 series, with play starting at Tee 1 from 14:30. Men play from the yellow tees and women from the red tees. The event is open to amateur golfers who are members of an ÖGV or foreign national association-affiliated club and hold a WHI of 54 or better. Entry is limited to a maximum of 48 participants, with a waiting list maintained. Entry fees are €13 for members of Grazer Golfclub Thalersee with playing rights on the Steinfeld course, €37 (green fee + entry) for members of a 9-hole Murhof Group facility or Murhof Group members, and €47 (green fee + entry) for guests. Payment is accepted on course in cash or by Bankomatkarte. Players use an electronic scorecard via Golf.at, requiring valid Golf.at login credentials. Registration deadline is 10:00 on the day of the tournament. Entries are accepted by email to office@grazergolf.at or by phone at 0316/572867, with places allocated in order of receipt. Flight requests for up to two players may be accommodated at the discretion of the competition committee. Groups are drawn in ascending order of handicap. For the overall series standings, the best 10 results (or up to 12 gross/net results per player) count toward the final ranking. Prizes include goods and vouchers for the top 3 in the overall net ranking, while the top gross-placed men and women receive a free membership on the Steinfeld course for the 2027 season. Daily winners are announced at the time of result publication where possible, and monthly winners are awarded at the Finale on October 8, 2026. The competition is played under official R&A Rules, ÖGV handicaps, Hardcard regulations, and the club's course rules.
