The Steinfeld Cup is a 9-hole Stableford competition series held at Grazer Golfclub Thalersee on the Steinfeld course. The 2026 series runs on Thursdays throughout the season (April through October), with the finale on 8 October 2026. The event is open to amateur golfers who are members of an ÖGV (Austrian Golf Union) or foreign national affiliated club and hold a World Handicap Index (WHI) of 54.0 or better. Entry is limited to a maximum of 48 participants, with entries accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and a waiting list maintained. The entry fee is €13 for members of Grazer Golfclub Thalersee, €37 for members of 9-hole Murhof Group facilities or Murhof Group members, and €47 for guests (including greenfee and entry fee). Tee-off is from Tee 1 starting at 14:30. Players must have a Golf.at account with valid login credentials to use the electronic scorecard system. Tee times are available on the day from 12:00. Men play from the yellow tees and women from the red tees. Entries must be made by email to office@grazergolf.at or by phone at +43 316 572 867, with the deadline on the day of the tournament at 10:00. The competition is played as individual Stableford over 9 holes, with flights assigned by the competition committee based on handicaps (flight requests for up to 2 players may be accommodated at the committee's discretion). For the overall series ranking, the best 10 (or up to 12) results count toward the final standings. Prizes are awarded to the top 3 in the overall Netto (net) ranking, while the top Brutto (gross) finishers in each gender receive a free membership on the Steinfeld course for the 2027 season. Daily and monthly winners are also recognized. Tie-break procedures apply for both daily and overall standings.
