Happy Gilmore Cup

The Happy Gilmore Cup is a weekly Tuesday afternoon individual stableford competition held at Golf Regau Attersee-Traunsee. The event is open to amateur golfers who are members of an ÖGV or foreign national golf union-affiliated club, with a maximum handicap of 45.0 (Stammvorgabe) or ÖGV Platzreife NEU 54.0. Play is over 18 holes in handicap-relevant stableford format, with groups of up to 4 players. The entry fee is €52 for adults (€22 for youths up to 15 years), which includes the Happy Gilmore meal served after the round (redeemable only on the same day). Late registration is possible until 10:00 on the day of play, with start times from 13:00. The field is limited to 45 players. Prizes are awarded for gross and net daily winners, with additional prizes from sponsors including Basler Beauty and Golfshop Königsmaier. A traveling cup is awarded for the annual net winner. The season runs every Tuesday from approximately May through September/October 2026, with a final tournament and evening event concluding the series. Entry is online via golf.at or golfregau.at, or in person. The event is handicap-relevant and open to guests from other affiliated clubs.
