Happy Gilmore Cup

The Happy Gilmore Cup is a weekly Tuesday afternoon individual Stableford competition held at Golf Regau Attersee-Traunsee. The 2026 season runs from early May through September/October, with the final tournament and awards ceremony in autumn. The event is open to amateur golfers who are members of an ÖGV or foreign national association-affiliated club, holding a maximum handicap of 45.0 (men) or 54.0 (ladies/ÖGV Platzreife NEU). Late registration is accepted until 10:00 on the day of the tournament, with the start list available online from 11:00. Tee-off starts at 13:00. The field is limited to 45 players. The entry fee of €29 includes the 'Happy Gilmore' menu (lunch after the round) and greenfee. A separate fee of €20 applies for no-shows or cancellations after the entry deadline. Prizes are awarded to gross and net daily winners, with a traveling trophy for the overall net champion of the series (based on the 6 best results). The event supports players with higher handicaps and encourages a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Women play from the red tees, men from the yellow tees. Prizes are only awarded to those present at the post-tournament presentation in the club restaurant 'TREFFMOMENT'.
