U40 Cup

The U40 Cup is a series of 9-hole stableford competitions held at GolfRange Achau. The event on 13 September 2026 is part of a season-long series running on the following dates: 18 April, 9 May, 30 May, 21 June, 11 July, 25 July, 22 August, 12 September, and 3 October 2026. Play begins at 14:00. The event is open to amateur golfers who are members of a club affiliated with the Austrian Golf Federation (ÖGV) or a foreign national golf association, hold a World Handicap Index (WHI) of 54 or lower, and were born after 1986 (under 40 years of age). Entry is limited to 76 players, with a waiting list maintained if entries exceed this number. Entry can be made online via golf.at, by phone at 02236/73601, or in person at the club secretariat. The entry deadline is 12:00 on the day before each tournament. Members pay €19 entry fee; guests (including green fee) pay €39. Payment is due before the start. Players who do not cancel by the deadline are still required to pay. Start times are available on golf.at and can also be sent by email. After the round, all players are invited to pizza and a drink of their choice. The event is played under the official R&A Rules, ÖGV regulations, and GC Achau course rules.
