Regular Saturday competition for all golfers with a Golflink handicap. The event runs from 7:00am until 1:00pm. A time sheet is available on the club website, and visitors are welcome to book through the pro-shop by calling 02 6645 2183. The competition is played as an 18-hole stableford event (medley format). Visitors must hold a valid Golflink handicap to participate. Prizes are allocated based on the number of players and grades: with 4-9 players, 1st place receives $55; with 10-19 players, 1st place receives $55 and 2nd place $40; with 20-54 players, 1st place receives $55, 2nd place $40, and 3rd place $30; with 55-84 players, additional prizes are awarded at 7th, 11th, and 17th places; with 85+ players, further prizes are awarded at 2nd, 7th, and Thistle 2 grades, 11th, and 17th 1 grades. The club reserves the right to adjust prizes if numbers change significantly.

The club provides quality hire clubs and a fleet of electric carts and pull buggies for player convenience. The course offers interactive hole-by-hole information and flyover videos for members and visitors planning their rounds. Maclean Golf Club hosts regular competitions, including the annual Maclean Open, and maintains a full competition calendar throughout the year. The club accommodates various membership categories including junior, women's, and veteran golfers, along with corporate and sponsorship packages for interested parties.
