The Wednesday Open Comp, sponsored by Conlon’s/Keane BMW, is a weekly singles competition at Millicent Golf Club. The 2026 series runs for 20 weeks, starting Wednesday, April 1st, with the grand final scheduled for Wednesday, August 26th. Weekly nett and gross winners qualify for the grand final, where a €2,000 prize fund is distributed to the top 5 nett and top 5 gross winners. Entry fees are €7.00 for members, €25.00 for member/guests, and €40.00 for visitors.

Millicent Golf Club is an 18-hole USGA specification championship course located in Clane, County Kildare, less than 30 minutes from Dublin.
