The Spring Open is an individual medal (strokeplay) competition held at Brora Golf Club on Sunday 18th April 2027. The event is open to both men and ladies, with tees available from the White tees for men and Red tees for ladies. Handicap allowance is 95%. Entry is £50.00 for visitors and £30.00 for members, payable on entry. UK entrants must provide their CDH number at the time of entry. Overseas members and visitors cannot enter online and must email reservations@broragolfclub.co.uk to enter, with proof of handicap required on the day of play. Tee times at the point of entry may not be final, as the club endeavours to form groups of 3 or 4 players. Refunds for withdrawals are available up until 5 days before the event. Buggies are only permitted with advance notification and a medical certificate. Tee times cannot be changed on the day of play, and where a draw is made, tee times are final. Consideration will be given to medical and travel requests received in advance. Players who are members of IGolf and Open Play Golf are not eligible to enter.

Brora Golf Club is an 18-hole links course established in 1891 and designed by the renowned James Braid, recognized as one of his finest works. The course maintains its status as one of Scotland's last truly natural links, avoiding excessive modern conditioning while preserving its original character and challenge.
