The Blackmoor Bowl is a 36-hole strokeplay scratch open for men, played on the Colt Course at Blackmoor Golf Club. The event is limited to 72 players, requiring a WHS handicap index of 5.0 or lower, with a handicap allowance of 95%. The entry fee is £105 for visitors and £65 for members, which includes coffee and bacon baps on arrival and a two-course lunch. Players must provide their CDH number and email address on the entry form. Entries are accepted online from Monday 12th January 2026 at 8:00 pm until 12:00 noon on Monday 3rd August 2026. If oversubscribed, players will be balloted on handicap with unsuccessful entry fees refunded; after the draw is published, other entry fees are non-refundable. Prizes are awarded for the first six overall scratch scores, the first two overall handicap scores, and the best AM and PM scratch scores, with no player winning more than one prize. Scratch prizes are cash, while handicap prizes are open Pro Shop vouchers. In the event of a tie for first scratch place, a sudden death play-off will be held over holes 10, 18, 1, 18, with other places decided on countback. All prize winners are expected to attend the prize-giving after play at approximately 7:30 pm. The winner receives an automatic free entry into the 2027 Selborne Salver. Practice rounds can be booked through the Pro Shop at £50 per round.
