Market Rasen Golf Club

Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, England

Market Rasen Golf Club, established in 1912, is one of Lincolnshire's finest heathland courses and ranks among the top 10 in the region. The 18-hole course features a challenging layout with natural hazards, notably the River Rase which flows through the course, creating picturesque scenery alongside strategic difficulty. The club was awarded Championship Venue status in 2021 after successfully hosting the English Senior Women's Amateur Championships. The course is characterized by its heathland terrain and offers both challenge and visual appeal to golfers of varying abilities. Beyond the main course, Market Rasen provides a driving range and additional off-course practice facilities. The clubhouse and decking overlook the 18th green, offering pleasant social spaces for members and visitors alike. The club maintains a strong membership base of over 800 members and is known for its welcoming atmosphere. Green fee payers and societies are actively encouraged, with many returning annually. The facility emphasizes quality across all departments, including the Pro Shop, catering, and bar services, contributing to its reputation as a well-maintained and professionally run venue.
