Denver Women's City Amateur

2-day, 18-hole gross stroke play tournament held at City Park Golf Course, July 11–12, 2026. Open to female amateurs of any age; Denver residency is not required. A verifiable GHIN Handicap Index issued under the World Handicap System is required as of the June 3, 2026 handicap revision. Players with a handicap index of 2.4 or lower are automatically placed in the Championship Flight; those with a 2.5–5.9 index may opt into the Championship Flight. All other players are flighted according to handicap index (20.0 or lower recommended — a competitive flight cannot be guaranteed for handicaps above 20.0). The handicap revision dated July 1, 2026 is used to establish flights. Players may be re-flighted after Day 1 based on scores. Number of flights and handicap ranges per flight may vary depending on field size. Entry fee of $260.00 includes green fees and a warm-up range bucket for both days; cart and caddie fees are not included. Carts are available for purchase at the golf shop on the day of play. Caddies are permitted but must be registered by the entry close date and are required to wear a tournament caddie bib. Registration opens June 3, 2026 at 9 AM and closes July 1, 2026 at 4 PM. All registrations are online; entries are not accepted at the pro shop. Space is limited — once the field is full, players may join a waitlist. Tie for flight winner decided by hole-by-hole playoff on a designated hole beginning 10 minutes after completion of play for the flight (subject to course availability). All other ties determined by USGA scorecard playoff (holes 9, 6, 3, 1). Withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to DenverCityAmateur@denvergov.org; refunds are subject to a schedule: full refund less a $20 service fee before the entry close deadline; 50% refund between the close deadline and 4 PM the Wednesday before the event; no refund thereafter. This is a CGA sanctioned points event.
