18-hole Texas Scramble qualifying event at Auchterarder Golf Club on Saturday 12 September 2026. This is a qualifier for the US Masters Texas Scramble tour, where winning teams can earn a trip to Augusta National for The Masters in 2027. Teams of four amateur golfers (any combination of gents and ladies) may enter. All players must be aged 18 or over, hold active membership at an affiliated golf club in England, Wales, or Scotland, and have an official active WHS handicap (society and OpenPlay handicaps are not accepted). Each player must have played 6 competition rounds in the past 12 months. Maximum individual handicap is 28 for gents and 36 for ladies; maximum team handicap is 8.4 (calculated using a modified WHS allowance: 20% lowest + 15% second-lowest + 10% second-highest + 5% highest). Entry fee is £120 per team. Online booking is available via BRS Golf, opening on 1 December at 12:00pm. Prizes are awarded to the top 3 teams, plus four on-course prizes, Par 3 Sweep, and a space at the National Final. Ties are decided by countback (inward half, last six holes, last three holes, then working back from the 18th). Smart casual dress code applies. The winning team progresses to the National Final, with the overall winner receiving return flights, five nights' bed and breakfast, two rounds of golf, one tournament day at Augusta National, car hire, and a welcome pack.
