Christmas Open

The Christmas Opens are two separate 18-hole team Stableford competitions held at Badgemore Park Golf Club on Friday 4th December 2026 and Friday 11th December 2026. Each event is a 4-ball betterball (4BBB) format where the best two scores from a team of four count per hole. The competition is open to both men and ladies, with men playing from the Yellow tees and ladies from the Red tees. A 85% handicap allowance is applied. Entry is limited to 18 teams per event. The entry fee is £180.00 per team for members and £200.00 per team for visitors, payable on entry. The fee includes tea/coffee and a breakfast roll on arrival, plus a one-course festive lunch after golf. Prizes are awarded to the top three teams in each event, along with on-course challenges. Ties are decided on countback. Online entry is available via the club's intelligentgolf system, with entries closing at 12:00 am on 30th November 2026 for the 4th December event and 12:00 am on 4th December 2026 for the 11th December event. A shotgun start at 10am is scheduled for both days.
