12-hole team competition (team of 3, best 2 Stableford scores count) played off the Red Tees at Burnley Golf Club. Shotgun start at 11am. Handicap allowance 85%; maximum Handicap Index 36.0 (players with a higher index play off the maximum). Entrants must hold a valid WHS handicap and be a playing member of a recognised golf club — independent golfers are not eligible. Entrants without 6 qualifying competition scores in the previous 12 months may enter but their team will not be eligible for prizes. Entrants may be asked to provide proof of handicap. A CDH ID is required to complete online entry. In the event of a tie, count-back applies. Scorecards must be returned immediately after play. Entry closes at 8:00am on 21 October 2026. Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the event; 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days; no refund within 48 hours. If the course closes (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be given or entry transferred to another competition subject to availability. R&A rules, CONGU guidance and club policies apply.
