Lincoln Greens is an 18-hole championship golf course situated on 240 acres bordering Lake Springfield in Illinois. Designed by Robert Bruce Harris and opened in 1957, the course offers four tee options ranging from 5,347 yards (red tees, par 72) to 6,869 yards (blue tees, par 72), accommodating players of varying skill levels. The course presents a challenging layout with a slope rating of 127 from the blue tees, providing a engaging experience for golfers of all abilities. The scenic lakefront setting on the 240-acre property offers picturesque views throughout the round. Amenities include a fully stocked pro shop, driving range, practice green, electric and pull carts, and a snack bar. A banquet room is available for events. The course record stands at 62 on both the blue tees (Jake Erickson) and red tees (Katherine Hepler). Lincoln Greens is part of the Springfield Park District's four-course system and offers various league opportunities for the local golfing community.
