The Big Cup Team Scramble is an 18-hole team scramble event held at Evergreen Golf Club in Elkhorn, WI. Teams of 3 players compete as 6-somes (two teams per tee time) with a 9:00 AM shotgun start. Men aged 54 and under play the first nine from the Blue tees and the second nine from the Gold tees; women and seniors (age 65+) may play the Gold tees for all 18 holes. The event uses an 8-inch putting cup. The entry fee of $225 per team (non-refundable) includes 18 holes with a cart. A lunch buffet follows the golf. Team prizes (based on gross score) are awarded for 1st and 2nd place, plus a random draw, across 3-hole events. An optional team skins game is also available. The event runs rain or shine; cancellation is at the club's discretion due to extreme weather such as snow cover or lightning. The event is open to visiting non-member golfers via an online entry form.
