Part of an annual 6-tournament individual challenge series with monthly and final rankings. This is the 5th tournament (Tournoi 05) in the series. The competition is an 18-hole individual stableford played as a shotgun start at 09:00 on the main course at UGolf Mennecy Chevannes. The event is open to all golfers regardless of skill level, from elites to beginners. Rankings are maintained in three categories: raw stroke play, net stableford, and putting. Scorecards are only recorded upon request. Entry is managed online via the Tee1Golf platform, with entries closing on Monday 28 September 2026 at 18:00. Playing rights (droits de jeu) cost €8 for Association Sportive (A.S.) members and €12 for all other participants. Green fees apply additionally for non-subscribers (contact the golf club directly for current rates). A communal lunch is available to book for approximately 14:00 at €29 per person, which includes a main dish, dessert, one quarter of wine, and coffee. The Golf de Mennecy-Chevannes is an 18-hole Scottish-style links course located in Chevannes, Essonne, near Corbeil-Essonnes and the Gâtinais Français Regional Natural Park. Designed by Antoine d'Ormesson and created by the Darblay family in 1994, the course extends over 6 kilometers of fairways. The terrain is notably flat and accessible to all skill levels, characterized by calm countryside settings with occasional strong winds. The course features a compact 9-hole par course alongside the main layout, comprehensive practice facilities including 16 outdoor mats, 8 sheltered mats, and 12 synthetic grass zones, plus a large putting green and approach areas. A signature feature is a substantial bunker complex. The course welcomes players of varying abilities and offers group play opportunities. On-site services include a restaurant open daily at midday and weekend evenings, a pro shop, and facilities for seminars and receptions. The course hosts regular competitions and maintains active academy instruction programs for both beginners and experienced golfers.
