The Open Stableford at Buncrana Golf Club runs from May 28–June 1, 2026, welcoming golfers of all abilities to compete in this individual stroke-play event. Buncrana Golf Club is Ireland's oldest 9-hole links course, located in County Donegal overlooking the "White Strand" on the shores of Lough Swilly. Established in 1890, the club was originally known as Buncrana Municipal Golf Club and affiliated with the Golfing Union of Ireland in 1951. The course features a 9-hole links layout set in a scenic seaside environment with views across Lough Swilly. The terrain and design reflect its links heritage, with the course designed to be accessible to golfers of all skill levels.
