Ladies 4-person team stableford open competition at The Manchester Golf Club (Hopwood course), part of the club's Festival Week Special Events. Best 2 scores from 4 to count. Meal included. Entry fee is £200 per team of 4. Players must be current members of a physical golf club with an active WHS index; maximum WHS index of 30.5 applies. To be eligible for prizes, players must have completed a minimum of five competition scores (singles medal or stableford) within the previous 12 months — entry is still welcome without this, but no prize will be awarded. Handicap allowance is 85% of course handicap. Ties are decided by countback over the last 9, 6, 3, or 1 hole. All team changes after booking should be emailed to opens@mangc.co.uk. Players must register at the registration desk in the main clubhouse at least 30 minutes before their scheduled tee time. Entry fees are not refunded unless notice of withdrawal is received by the Manager at least 7 days prior to the event. Prizes are generally Pro Shop vouchers or similar, with winners notified by email.

Manchester Golf Club is a Harry Colt-designed championship course set across 247 acres of moorland and heathland near Manchester. Located at Hopwood in Middleton, approximately 20 minutes from Manchester City Centre, the course offers rural scenery with views over central Manchester. As an England Golf Championship venue, it hosts prestigious tournaments including the Ladies European Tour Access Series, Reid Trophy, and Women's Open Strokeplay Championship, along with the Northern Counties Championship. The course presents a challenging test of golf suitable for competitive play, with notable wildlife including deer roaming the fairways. The club features extensive practice facilities including a 300+ yard driving range with Trackman technology, a short game area, Golf Performance Centre, and Putting Lab. The membership base includes over 100 single-figure handicap golfers and more than 40 category 1 players. Manchester Golf Club operates as a private members' club while welcoming visitors and societies year-round. The recently refurbished clubhouse serves as both a golf venue and event space for conferences and functions.
