The John Joll 2026 is an open fundraiser event held at Wortley Golf Course, Sheffield, on Monday 14 September 2026. Two competitions run simultaneously: a pairs (AMAM) team event and an individual Stableford competition. The format is Best 2 to Count Stableford, with a handicap allowance of 85%. Tees are White for men and Red for ladies. The John Joll Trophy is awarded to the best individual Stableford score, and the John Joll Team Trophy to the best team score. Proceeds go towards on-course improvements at Wortley Golf Club. The entry fee is £180.00 per team for visitors (£100.00 per team for members). Competitors are asked to bring a bottle (wine, spirits, etc.) for the raffle on the day. Entry includes a bacon sandwich and coffee on arrival, followed by turkey/pork sandwiches with stuffing and roast potatoes after golf; vegetarian options are available on request. Signup opens at 12:00 am on 31 July 2026.
